Paul Molyneaux

Paul Molyneaux is a Human Rights at Sea subject matter expert. He is a Royal Yachting Association Yachtmaster Instructor and Ocean Examiner with worldwide experience working with individuals and sailing schools and encouraging young people, including scouts and cadets, to try offshore sailing. His special interest in training young people has involved working with the UK Joint Services Adventurous Sail Centre, including sailing in the Baltic, Caribbean, Mediterranean and Tasman Seas, and with the Combined Cadet Force, Marine Society and Sea Cadets and Ocean Youth Trust (South). He is currently the chief instructor for the Scouts’ Adventures Offshore(UK), regularly competing in Tall Ships Races in the Baltic Sea
